First visit, purchased new glasses, prices are good, staff are friendly, the lady at the front desk has amazing customer skills, another gentleman that took some measurements for my new glasses was very complimentary and had a welcoming demeanor.  The Doctor was very nice, professional. The office was clean and bright.
In the middle of my payment I noticed a lady looking at the men's frames, as I looked closer I could see a couple pairs that I might of liked, I asked if the other side was men or women she said  "gender-neutral"  it was to late I had already paid and committed to a pair. Excellent service from start to finish and beyond. My two pairs of prescription glasses came quickly (within a week) and the lenses are fabulous. My sunglasses arrived with the wrong coloured lenses, but it was a non-issue to have them replaced with the colour I had chosen.
Their inventory of frames is excellent and selecting your frames is a breeze with friendly professional customer service.

I had such a great experience at Eyewear Haus. From the moment I walked in, the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. What an amazing and heartwarming experience from the moment I walked in to the day I got my glasses! The day I walked in I was just browsing to see where I could find the best deal, and I truly was not disappointed with what Eyewear Haus had to offer! I had the most fun experience spending the next hour and half going through glasses and sunglasses, honestly left like the best girls date! Then all at once I reserved my glasses/sunglasses, booked my eye exam. Then every time I came back I was filled with excitement and happiness greeted with warm welcoming.
